Create a culture of participation, engagement, retention & satisfaction

AS has an environment/culture in which all students feel they can engage and find collaboration with the aim of increasing participation, retention and satisfaction; this may include but is not limited to:

  • Examining the party system (benefits/drawbacks) and related recruitment and diversity
  • Considering a peer-to-peer mentor/ombuds/internal climate role to address conflicts that arise

Encourage all AS participants to engage in establishing criteria (in addition to those from survey and workshop).
